You may know the right move, understand the strategy, and have prepared for the moment—but if you lack confidence, you may second-guess yourself. Leadership works the same way. Preparation gives you the tools, but confidence helps you use them.

Confidence does not mean believing you will never make a mistake. It means trusting what you have learned, having faith in God, and being willing to make the next move. Mark 9:23 reminds us of the power of belief. When faith, preparation, and action come together, we approach challenges differently.

This week, Believe You Can. Don't allow fear of failure to keep you from making a move. Study the board, trust your preparation, pray for wisdom, and move forward with confidence.
